Who We Are
Part of what makes for proficient property management is doing whatever it takes to maintain the most livable, inviting, and functional living environment for your residents and community. At HOA Capital, we help in any way we can to ensure that your HOA property receives the necessary funding and financial solutions it needs to thrive.
With our vast experience in both HOA lending assistance and property management, we understand what it takes to quickly and efficiently allocate funding to contribute to an effective HOA capital improvement plan, from both a financial and managerial perspective.

Our Process
We’ll start by setting up an initial consultation with you to assess what repair, maintenance, or construction projects you’re looking to undertake, as well as evaluate a proper budget and timeline to complete your plan.
Once we’ve finalized an official HOA capital improvement plan that outlines a thorough financial breakdown of how any HOA funding will be allocated, we’ll get to work right away, consulting with our extensive network of HOA lenders until we find the bank that’s most accommodating to all of your financing requirements.
After that, it won’t be long until you receive the funding you’re looking for, and you can stay focused on creating the most accommodating living environment for your residents and the community you serve!
